Each item is one piece only, and all pieces are inspected before being listed for sale.

Due to the nature of secondhand items, all sales are generally final.

Customers are strongly advised to review product descriptions, measurements, and condition details carefully before completing their purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Minor signs of wear consistent with secondhand clothing

• Color differences due to lighting or screen display

• Delay caused by courier services

Please ensure measurements provided match your fit before placing your order.

3. Eligible Return Cases

Returns will only be considered if:

• The wrong item was sent

• The item received is significantly different from the description provided

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

To initiate a return request, please provide:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the item

• Description of the issue

Failure to contact us within 48 hours may result in the request being rejected.

4. Return Conditions

If a return request is approved:

• The item must be returned in its original condition

• The item must not be washed, altered, or damaged

• The item must be returned within 5 days after approval

Shipping fees for return will be borne by the customer unless the error was made by OFFRACKWEAR.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refund will be issued via the original payment method

• Processing time may take 3–7 working days depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was made on our side.

6. Important Notice

OFFRACKWEAR sells secondhand clothing. Minor imperfections, fading, or signs of use are considered normal and part of the character of pre-loved items.
